YouTube Strategy for Coaching Business Growth
In this case study, we delve into the journey of a coaching professional in the fields of Civil Engineering aiming to distinguish themselves from competitors by leveraging YouTube as a platform for disseminating free content.
By strategically utilizing YouTube videos, the client sought to establish credibility, offer valuable insights, and ultimately drive leads and bookings for their coaching programs.
The Problem:
During pandemic, him and most of his competitors has moved online resulting to HIGH COMPETITION due to using the same DIGITAL MARKETING methods.
The pressure was HIGH and stress built up as the need to get and close leads became more needed.
Although there were good results, he wanted to TAKE THINGS UP A NOTCH.
The Solution
I worked hand-in-hand with the coach specializing in Civil Engineering coaching.
First, I analyzed what could be done to improve REACH, and ENGAGEMENT.
By performing competitor research, keywords, hashtags, best upload times, and topics that relates to the channel.
Then provided feedbacks, suggestions and guidance during production.
Second, after multiple publishes. I was able to determine the best upload times, thumbnail, keywords, and hashtags.
Lastly, after the testing phase. We began to be consistent on our uploads and the formulated strategy that is working.
After executing the strategy, it has resulted to:
- Organic Leads come by frequently
- More people get to KNOW & TRUST the personality behind the coach.
- Better average view time
- Higher IMPRESSIONS & CTR (Click-through-rate)
